Cucina Sorella Overhauls its Entire Dinner Menu

The brainchild of bartender Sean O’Connell, Hundred Proof’s new Tuesday night event series showcases distilleries and spirits specialists and provides guests an opportunity to learn the stories behind the unique spirits featured at the University Heights bar. O’Connell started Spirit Sessions to create a way for the Hundred Proof team to connect with the community and welcome people into the bar. The stories provide insight into the traditions, values, innovations and histories surrounding each of the spirits and ultimately answer the deeper question of “why” we drink what we drink. A different distillery and spirit will be featured every week. The admission includes a welcome cocktail, spirits tasting and education session.
