After a marked police car’s rear passenger window was shattered Thursday afternoon, officers in Serra Mesa went looking for a cause and ended up finding shell casings.
Police said the window was shattered just before 2 p.m. near Murphy Canyon Road and Aero Drive. Nobody was injured, according to police.
