A teen was stabbed in San Marcos around 8 p.m. on Saturday as suspects fled the scene, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
The attack took place near San Elijo Middle School on Elfin Forest Road. The victim, a 17-year-old boy, was flown to Rady Children’s Hospital with moderate to serious injuries.
