This is your USD News Minute.
We’re excited to kick off our spring semester today. And while health restrictions prevent us from having in-person instruction at this time, we want to ensure you’re aware of the robust health and safety protocols USD has implemented to ensure we continue to protect our campus community and beyond.
The best way to do that is by visit our newly redesigned Onward USD website where you’ll find a variety of COVID-related information such as testing locations, temperature checking stations, a video detailing our cleaning protocols and links to the state’s California Notify system, which will alert you when you’ve been around someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
USD is also working to make the COVID-19 vaccine available at no cost to our faculty, staff, administrators and students and will encourage everyone who is eligible to participate, so be sure to visit our Onward USD website to stay up to date.
As always, good luck on your studies this semester. Stay safe, stay healthy, we’ll see you next week.
