Us Weekly obtained court documents detailing the exes’ custody arrangement and child support agreement Thursday. And it appears the former athlete is getting the short end of the stick.

As per the documents, Kramer, 37, will get to spend more time with their 5-year-old daughter Jolie and 2-year-old son Jace compared to Caussin, 34. She has been named the “primary residential parent,” so she is spending 240 days with them while he gets the remaining 125 days.

“The Mother and Father will behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced,” the documents indicated.

The files also stipulated that the “One Tree Hill” alum and the former NFL player are to not speak ill of each other amid their divorce. Each should also encourage their kids to love the other parent, so as for the family unit to live comfortably.

The two are also to divide the holidays based on odd or even years, but each will have their time to spend Mother’s Day and Father’s Day with them. They have also agreed to split time when it comes to celebrating their kids’ birthdays.

Should there be any disagreements, the singer and the retired athlete should communicate via text message or email to work things out. Each of them is responsible for the day-to-day care of their son and daughter whenever they are with them.

Since Kramer makes over $166,000 each month while Caussin just gets more than $8,300 per month, the former is expected to pay the latter about $3,200 monthly as “regular child support.”

It should be noted that Kramer previously agreed to pay $292,400 to Caussin as part of their marriage dissolution agreement. She’s also paying an additional $300,000 as a “full and final settlement of any and all claims” that he may make.

Early this week, Kramer opened up about their divorce when she made a virtual appearance on “Extra.” She said that she has already learned to accept their separation that came about six years after they tied the knot in 2015.

“I’m kind of at acceptance now, cause I got really angry. It’s not what I wanted,” she was quoted as saying by People. “Now, I am like, ‘Okay, it sucks and it’s unfair and it’s not what I dreamt of for my family, for my kids, now I have to figure out how to accept it.”
