SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is searching for an at-risk man who disappeared from an Escondido RV park Tuesday night.
According to the department, Steve Mesa Turrey was last seen walking away from the All Seasons RV Park around 11 p.m. Tuesday.
“Turrey is a missing person at-risk because of current medical and mental health issues needing prescription medication,” authorities added.
Turrey is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds with a shaved head. The department says he has a scar on the back of his neck. Turrey was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, black boots, a plaid sweatshirt, and a green beanie.
