Breakfast Republic Rises Anew in Mission Valley

Slinging daily brunch from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Breakfast Republic’s menu has been drawing crowds since the concept debuted in 2015; its sweet and savory day-starters range from churro pancakes and s’mores French toast to bacon-wrapped breakfast hot dogs and crab and crawfish eggs Benedict. With a signature design that includes egg-shaped waiting room chairs and whisk-shaped light fixtures, the eatery also offers beer and variations Bloody Marys and mimosas. Unstoppable morning-centric eatery <a href="http://www.breakfastrepublic.com/">Breakfast Republic</a> has cracked open its ninth location in Mission Valley, where it replaces Panda Express in the Park Valley Center complex on Camino de la Reina. The 2,436-square-foot restaurant is the whopping fourteenth opening for Johan Engman and his <a href="http://riseandshinerg.com/">Rise & Shine Restaurant Group</a>, which recently launched <a href="http://breakfast-company.com/">North Park Breakfast Company</a> and also runs El Jardin in Liberty Station as well as three Fig Tree Cafe locations.
