Named <strong>Giaola’s Italian Kitchen</strong>, it’s by the<a href="https://www.grandrestaurantgroup.com/"> Grand Restaurant Group </a>(GRG), which also operates Bellamy’s in Escondido, Rancho Santa Fe’s Nick & G’s, and The Ranch at Bandy Canyon in San Pasqual. Sandra DiCicco, who runs GRG with her daughter Gianina, has deep roots in Italian restaurants; in 1956, her family opened the first DiCicco’s in Clovis, California, which now has locations around the Central Valley. The time-honored traditional recipes brought from Italiy by the family will be the foundation of the menu at Giaola’s Italian Kitchen. Scheduled to open this November, the 3,000-square-foot restaurant includes a 930-square-foot patio.
